NexAIPulse respects intellectual property rights. This policy outlines our process for handling copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on NexAIPulse infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to raja.butt112211@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" including:

• Your name and contact information (email, phone, address)
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• The specific URL(s) on NexAIPulse where the infringing content appears
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
• Your digital or physical signature

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will: review the claim within 5 business days, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if valid, notify the content uploader, and follow the standard counter-notification process if applicable.

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notice. We will forward it to the complainant and restore the content after 10 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We will terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights in accordance with applicable law.
